PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN BETWEEN 7:30-8:30am
Players meeting 9-9:15am
1st round Shotgun start- approx 9:30am
Lunch-All players receive 1 hour from when last card is turned in (from both pools) before start of 2nd round
Games to follow the 2nd round,
Awards/payout soon after.
ALL players will play 21 holes total, the regular 18 hole course with 3 temps (indicated on the map by A/B/C), same layout both rounds.
A pool (All PRO, MA1, MA40, MA2) will play as 5 player cards.
B pool (All other divs) will play as 4 player cards.
It is our goal and intent to get you guys in and out as efficiently as possible while providing a great tournament experience.
ENTRY FEE/PAYOUT SCHEDULE-

ALL Pro mens divs- $60
All Pro women-$50
All Int- $40
NEW $2 Gorilla series fee added to each registration.
(these fees will be collected from each event and used as added cash for a fall or spring B-tier)
Payout will be traditional, performance based payout and follow PDGA guidelines.
Top 40% Pro
Top 45% Am
100% of each actual entry (according to the list above) will go to payout.
NO PLAYERS PACKS.
There WILL BE ADDED TO CASH TO BOTH PRO AND AM DIVISIONS
Payout/vending will be handled by Gorilla Disc Golf mobile pro shop.
Additional merchandise will be available
GDG refund policy-
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
Drops within 72hrs of the event, players will receive their entry fee value in merchandise UNLESS we can fill the spot.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 16hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 16 hours of the event, no-shows/morning of event cancels- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
