Just to clear up any confusion on payout....

Since this is a fundraiser we were concerned about being able to make a decent contribution to the charity. We asked the PDGA for some help...they said that if we were to go with an X C tier that they would only require 50% payout in all divisions and in turn the PDGA would donate the player fees to the charity. We asked if they could do the donation without the X santioning since their donation would put us over money wise and we could then afford to go by regular c-tier standards on payout. They told us in order to get the donation we had to accept the x-tier status. So we are keeping the X.

This in no way effects points or ratings....there is no format change so ratings and points will be done just like any other event... The X only signifies that we are not required to pay more the 50%. WE WILL be paying out atleast 85% which is the stardard for a Ctier thanks to the PDGA's kind donation.

AGAIN, Ratings and Points WILL be just like any other C-tier event. Payout WILL be ATLEAST C-tier minimum!

If we only have two pro master ladies, will we be allowed our division? Or God forbid, just one?

We won't be forcing anyone out of the division they have signed up for if they want to stay in it alone or whatever. So you are good to go.

I should note that there will only be trophies for preregistered divisions. If a division is not formed before prereg closes then no trophy.
