March of Dimes Tournament at Dunbar Park in Lake Jackson Jan. 30
 

I am planning on partaking in this tourney, but Id like some details on the tournament. First what is the start time? I know its on the 30th, but need to know when to show up. Secondly, are there going to be payouts or all the proceeds going to charity? Either way is cool with me. Finally will the tournament consist of one or two rounds? Figure if I'm gonna make the drive, I hoping its a two rounder. Anyways any info would be good and see any and all that plan on showing up down there.

will do! I figure I can go to the beach after the tourney and get some sand to fill in some low areas at moffitt, near 10's alt. tee box. I have some plastic container boxes I can fill up with sand.

Tournaments coming up this weekend guys and gals. I hope to have a great tournout. First round will be from the short tees and the second round will be from the longs with a couple of the newest long tees. We changed up a few of the longs to add a little more difficulty. 1/3/4/5 & 14. Both rounds will 20 holes. We will have 2 temp baskets set up for holes 19 and 20. Both of those have long tees as well. The morning round will be the easy tees because, I've got a feeling there will be a lot of first timers just trying it out for the cause. The afternoon round will deff. be alot of fun. Looking forward to a fun weekend. There were 2 spots that werent completely dry yesterday but hopefully throughout the week they dry up a little better.

Here's a bump...hopefully it will remind you Friday nite thread readers that you must drop everything & head out to Lake Jackson in the morning!
