Update on Port Arthur:
According to the US Coast Guard, it was a big oil spill, not a gas leak. A barge and a 600 foot tanker collided opposite the disc golf course. Must have been a huge crunching sound heard by any disc golfers playing there. The barge then ricocheted into another tanker tied to the dock. The ship ended up at a sharp angle--nearly perpendicular to the channel--completely blocking the waterway.
