That has never happened at TLV.
I went out and played Burke-Crenshaw today and it is in much better shape than it was with 7 baskets. Nearly all of my issues with the 7 basket layout have been addressed (although there are some new issues now). The layout keeps the feel of the old Burke-Crenshaw course — mostly open shots with a few trees here and there — so it is still a great course for beginners. The new hole 3 is a great addition reminiscent of the old hole three in the trees along Burke. The new hole 10 is a shot hole to a basket precariously close to an 8 foot drop-off to the lake, nice!
It was really windy out there and two of my discs went into Crenshaw road while playing. It is pretty tight on the north side of the park and I can see this being an issue if the course gets popular again.
After I finished playing 10 holes I worked my way back to the car by playing the course backwards (skipping #3 which can't be played backwards) for a full 18. All and all this course has been much improved and I am looking forward to the opportunity to play the full 18 on Feb. 20th at the Birdshot Mini.
Here's a map of the course (Orange lines represent official course, green lines represent my path back):
