Re: Course Information Page
At least with Burke-Crenshaw (as opposed to TLV) the course has been there for many years & the people that regularly use the park for walking, running, partying & all that other park stuff are aware that people do get out there & throw discs at baskets from time to time. Also, nobody's home sits behind any of the holes or fairways...on the old layout anyway. The new layout (if they go through with it) might bring a couple of holes closer to some homes....have to wait & see. As far as foot traffic while playing, it wouldn't be any different than Mozolla or even Miramar in Seabrook...which plays along a "walking path" and always has. It's not impossible for these things to coexist with each other....one just has to watch out for the other. The main problems with TLV were that some of the homeowners felt like the park was theirs & theirs alone...and they didn't cotten to no damn disc golfers intruding in their lovely little barely used park...not to mention trespassing into their yards to retrieve discs!
