Logistically speaking, if you want the TD HQ to be at the pavillion just as you turn into the parking lot, then label the two new holes as 2 and 3. HOWEVER, I think you can put 2 more temp holes and make this thing an even 20 holes for two rounds. Use the two new holes as 17-18 or 18-19.
