We had 11 players Saturday & five of them were Birdshot staff!
But we had a good time & just all threw in to one division...five bucks each plus ace pot....played the shorts, the regulars & then some alts that Chuck & I came up with that morning for the third leg (Alt 6 was an equalizer that I came up with....ERic lodged a formal complaint, jokingly of course!). It was the 3 disc challenge & since nobody hit an ace (I almost put one in on Alt 5!) we all threw all three of our discs each for the CTP. Jessica Jubin parked it on her first attempt & nobody else (out of all those extra throws!) came close, so she got the whopping $11 ace pot! Most of us then headed to El Rey's for lunch & then over to Nottingham for 12 more holes playing doubles.....then Chuck, Chris & myself stopped by Bridgepoint for a quick 6 hole tag challenge (I won!). It was a hot one but a good day for all of us...thanks to everyone who came out!
