If they are not PDGA members, how will you know their rating? And how will you be able to confirm it at the mini.
A few years back Jerry Cloud was the Rec. Texas State Champ.
Not a PDGA member he signed up in Rec.
The man was at the least an Advanced Master with a 930 rating, be careful. If you don't have a rating what do you go by?
