Eric, I have no pics (I'll grab some next time). But to explain, they put out several wooden frames and filled them with crushed asphalt. I say several because there are not 21 nor 18, I forget which holes have frames. But basically they still sit that way today. I don't know if it is time or people playing on top of them, but the couple of nails that hold together the frames are starting to come out. It is only a matter of time before they completely fall apart and asphalt spills all over.
I seem to remember this phase being completed pretty quickly, like 2 weeks or so, but now they haven't been touched in nearly 6 weeks.
My liberal friends wonder why I am so vehemently anti-tax and for government reduction, this case serves as a perfect example.
