Blue
The blue tee boxes should all be the standard tee positions that have been in play out there for years now.

#7 and #8 box have been questioned for years.
I guess you don't agree with flat boxes. Your reason for this is? "been in play out there for years now"?
Orange
For the orange tees there are several of them that are extra wide to allow players to tee from the concrete or the adjacent grass surface: #3, #4, and #8.

#12 does cross the concrete walkway perpendicularly; again giving players the option to tee from concrete or grass. In that case the technical definition of the teebox would extend 3M back from the rear of the concrete.

I like the idea of the extra wide boxes, on grass only. I am about a consistent box.
Is the challenge of an inconcestent box really nescessary when there is an option to have a consistent one?

The low branch on #1 is Neal's idea and intentional. It worked well when we played it at the January event.

Neal also mentioned the grass to concrete finish on #10. Personally when I see a tee box that I don't want to step off/over I start a couple steps back from where I normally would (there's a ton of room behind it). But we'll probably move this one back a few feet anyway.

I personally take a couple steps back also when I see a tee box that I don't want to step off/over. But I don't spray a line next to concrete and make a box like that, when (there's a ton of room behind it)

#2 is a case of an imperfect tee box. But it is also part of the challenge of that hole. You're correct that the hill does not allow a 25' Vandapproach(tm). We'll look at this one again, but that's where we played it at the January event.
#2 on top of that hill is just a gimmick box period.
