You guys are paying customers who have been driving business to title disc for the whole year, I'd crank up the bitching at them from a future business choices angle. I know you guys have had problems with them this year. Real sorry to hear it, but like I said, how much do they make from each entry?
In a messed up economy, I cannot imagine ANY business allowing customers to go on not being taken care of.
