By the way...I hope you realize that the "apology" in my previous post was halfway tongue in cheek! Hence the winking smiley-face!
Sure, we're "sorry" some people had some slippage....but not all of us have such a rigorous run-up & drive as some of us do! Again....that kind of input would have been nice to have BEFORE the event, instead of insinuating that we (Birdshot) weren't doing an adequate job of making sure everything was good to go. Most of our staff played the new boxes, as we stated, and still believe that they were in 100% better shape than what was there previously.
