Thanks for asking ERic, made me actually figure out an official policy which is a good idea when a big cash prize is involved.
Rule #1: Raffle winner is chosen last. The three people already in the skins can not win a raffle spot, but if they bought tickets earlier they can give their tickets away to a friend before the drawing.
Rule#2: If top am score is also largest division (almost happened yesterday) spot goes to winner of 2nd largest division (if two divisions have a tie for largest (or 2nd largest in this case) then tie goes to better score.
This will be the blanket rule that way I don't have to make a judgmental call on the spur of the moment...there would be some wining I know if largest division was Advanced and had 30 players and also the top am score, and 2nd largest division was Rec with only 6 players and even though 2nd place in Adv beat 28 other people and 1st in rec beat only 5. I would still give it to rec guy because the goal is to have 3 different division winners and one lucky draw. I am expecting to see the winning pro, winning adv, winner of Int or Rec (usually largest division).
Rule #3: Can a skins spot be given away? No, if a division winner declines the spot (for whatever reason like has to get home) then I'll give it to the next place (whoever would have won had the declining player not been in the tournament)
If a raffle winner declines the spot then redraw. But you can give your raffle tickets away before the drawing if you need to.
Rule #4: If a players last name rhymes with "Doobin" then they must wear cowboy boots while playing.
Rule #5: If a players first name starts with the letter "J" then disregard Rule #4.
I'm ordering more stuff for this event in a few days. Mainly Innova and Discraft stock discs. I'll take suggestions or requests on which disc models you guys would like to see in my payout selection.
