Oaks DGC @ Blue Angel Park in Pensacola, FL. This one-two course combo packs a 45-hole disc golf punch that can challenge just about any other courses out there. Definitely play there if you get a chance. Besides character the holes are great golf.
The
WJ Homestead course in Millarville, Alberta, Canada is by far the most character filled course I've played. It's an object course with a vast array of targets ranging from wash tubs, hanging window frames, barbed wire hoops... to its finishing signature 18th hole which requires you to hole out (literally) by getting your disc through the hole in the seat of the (non-functioning) outhouse:
