Moffitt... a destination course...?
Maybe if you put in a couple large hills, a decent sized pond, actual restrooms, gave it 15 years to grow some replacement trees, and shoo-ed away all the rats that have a conniption at the mention of changing anything.
Moffitt is a heavily trafficked, beginner friendly course, with essentially no chance of losing a disc. And it seems like most people want to keep it that way.
