Default Re: Birdshot Mini at Terramount

If you have 20 or less people playing I think either will work. Rarely are their any park goers early in the morning out there. I just though ti would be interesting to add some distance to a relatively short course, where most shots are duplicated anyway.

Hole 1 mirrors 5. Hole 3 mirrors 8. Holes 2 and 4 are almost the same shot, just ever so slightly reversed. It's a fun course even still I just was thinking instead of trying to lengthen the same shots over and over, throw a total monkey wrench in it for a completely different experience.

The map of the course isn't entirely accurate but it's close.
Eric not sure how familiar you are with Terramont and I figure you did your layout based on the map because it does look good on paper, but there are a few holes on your layout that you might want to change after going out there again.

#3's tee to #1 basket - those 2 boxes really aren't that far apart from each other.
#3's tee to #4 basket - very short, the bushes the map shows aren't really accurate.
#4's tee to #7 basket doesn't add much to that one either.

However your #7's tee to #2 basket is a MONSTER - I really like that one!.

I understand why you looked at my layout from a traffic standpoint and yeah I admit traffic might cross a little here and there, that's why I prefaced with if you have only 2-4 groups playing it could work. I drew up like 5 different layouts before I posted the one in the thread because I'm really familiar with the place and wanted to offer a significant change.

Hopefully Leafy got out there today and tried it out and he can give us his input, but I'm going to go out there early Sat morning and try both yours and mine - Are you free this Sat morning?

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?...Bueller?
