I have come to like the spiders. I didn't at first, but once you get used to them, they really don't bother you. I used to be very afraid of spiders, but after playing there so many times, I am not more afraid of snakes them spiders.
Kingwood is one of those courses that grow on you, the more you play it. It also really helps you develop shots for technical courses like the 18 at Spring Valley. I had no problems playing Spring Valley, because I am so used to having a wide variety of shots in my bag because of Kingwood.
Kingwood can be scary, and a little tough, but once you play it more than 10 times, its a fun challenge. I really have missed playing it and I can't wait to play it again.
I know I am not going to convince everyone that this is a fun course to play, but that's fine with me. I enjoy playing it and so do the locals. Plus it will be nice to only drive 10 miles to play disc golf. Right now I have to drive 25+ miles to play.
