I'm no lawyer, but if I had to guess I'd say the someone who went out there and got destructive would be held liable for their actions.
Do you believe that if you posted directions for someone on how to walk out on a bridge, climb over the railing and then let go, essentially "jumping off", that you'd be held liable for everyone who jumped off a bridge?

Not sure where that assumption comes from. I would assume that any course listed on this discussion forum is one we are promoting discussion about.

Why make anyone scroll down a page if they don't have to? Just for the sake of being able to organize it alphabetically? That is what a course directory is for. List them alphabetically there, this is a user forumn and it should be geared toward the topics that people discuss the most.

Similar to what David said... "Scroll bars... now included for free in almost every internet browser".
While the popularity order may make sense to you, it likely looks disorganized and haphazard to newcomers or even active members who just don't read every post.
IMO, the logical organization of alphabetical order just makes things so much easier to find.

An answer to your question might be: because it's a fantastic friiggin' course. Of course they might never know that if there's no dedicated forum for it.
Another answer to your question might be: because it's right next to their hotel, aunt's house, friend's apartment, etc..
I think this forum would be doing a disservice to the parks and courses you'd relegate to an "Others" area due to decreased exposure. I don't see how that change would fulfill HFDS's mission to "promote the sport of disc golf and other disc sports to the public in general."
Let's see what the users think:
