This course is not as fun as I hope it was. The makers are impossible to find and half of the baskets were crooked. The baskets' number were impossible to see unless you get near them.
The course was like an aftermath holes 1-4 on one side 5-9 on the other side and if your done playing 4, you have 2 choices to make jump the fence or walk all the way around the school. But I wont be totally negative towards the course it is a great course for beginners to learn on but go with someone who knows the course because the lay out is kind of confusing at first. But I will give the course 2 1/2 stars out of 5. |

What did you expect?
That said - 2.5 is still pretty generous, so I must not have been that bad. Good ace run course.

2.5 stars on DGCR is "Decent/Typical" which doesn't really describe Cedar Brook in my opinion.

Agreed - it's more of a 1 to 1.5 type course. But again, it's not really meant for regular DG'ers anyway.

When the course was originally installed, there was no fence around the back of the school. The start of the course was also a lot more open. It used to play around the school. It was actually one of (if not the very first) course installed on school property. The baskets were funded by the sale of snowcones on Wednesday's by the health fitness teacher. Over the years, HFDS has had some good 'Ace Race' events out there but when they installed the playground equipment and put up the fence it changed the flow of the course. Perhaps if the world would slow down we could give them a call to see about re-routing the layout?
