local golfer makes art scene
the person who brought the original disc golf art car to the art car parade and a bit of class to our old foursomes, now has a piece of art {not golf related} going on display at the art car musuem starting on the 7th of may.

Mitch Hawkins, the disc golf art car was from about six years ago, now he has the Tribute to Flowerman bus.

the opening was great. even had free beer. the exhibit will be there untill august. the same guy who owns the art car musuem has another called the station. its at alabama and la branch in mid town. or atleast close to that intersection. it has a great exhibit from afghanistan. it is also there untill august. both musuems are free and air conditioned.

Art Car Ball tonight at the Orange Show 7 to 11pm. If you've never been to this it is a blast and you get to see many of the art cars and live bands.
