Could someone take some photos and post them at dgcoursereview.com on the course page? I would but my camera took a dump, and I need to get a new one.

Phil I'd prefer to wait until the course is "Finished" before posting photos. It's still under construction but playable...

Scott's just being modest. The course plays very nicely right now. Sure it will be better when the boxes go in and a little more clearing is done, but it's a great play now.

I would be down to help with that and i would donate some money for it as well. I am not saying i would pay a ton but i would donate some for it. I mean you could always throw a tourney that all the money goes strait to cement tee pads. would be worth it. I would just be happy to see another course with cement pads. i mean we could actually do one pad at a time.

how many bags of cement would it take for each pad. i mean we could use the same frame to make each one. just make one at a time.

I think it's a much better long term project....raise money, do them all at once with a truck...rather than trying to build them with bags one at a time.

When the course is finished (except for T-boxes) I would be happy to run a regular Saturday morning Commando type mini for raising funds for Concrete boxes, if players were willing to support such a thing (meaning they'd only be playing for half the money each week)

I think the course can handle allot of play as natural ground for the T-boxes, before we'd need to build anything, the scouts have shown interest in building concrete T-boxes for us.

Personally I like the idea of the DG community who is going to be playing there regularly, offering to pony up the money through a regular mini to fund the project. Windwood gave us the land (and a beautiful piece it is) we could play for half the money each week in a commando mini to show we are good hearted people as well and we're willing to invest in it too
