I won't be able to get out there for a couple of weeks. When do you think all 18 baskets will be in the ground?

We will be out there this saturday morning around 8am. The main task that needs to be done is stump removal, so if you have a chainsaw and feel like doing some ground cutting, come on out! Besides that, there is some debris that needs to be cleaned up and if anyone has a weed eater that would be great too.

Made some adjustments to the layout and created two new holes. #2 is now hole #1 and so on...... and the course now goes to the other side of the road to play new #11 and #12.

Because of my work schedule, I can't come out till Saturday afternoons, but I would like to help do some work to get this course going. Let me know if its OK to meet you out there some time, and I will gladly help you do some clearing or what ever needs to be done.

It's looking good. I went out there this morning and attempted to play a few holes and push my girl around in an umbrella stroller. Needless to say I got a workout.

I'm liking the changes I saw - of course anything was better than what was there! Couple of questions I wondered as I played today. First - when are the old tees and signs going out and the new ones coming in? Second, there was a berm of sorts around holes #14 and #15, which looked to be cool - will it come into play at all? Last - are you going to just put par 3 on everything, or use the PDGA recommendations for "what is par" based on your length and foliage density?

Nice work so far though - you are making Stonebridge a respectable course to play, which is nice since one can play Terramont regs and your alternates, then hit Stonebridge for a good 36 holes of golf.

hmmm.... I may have to move to the Woodlands. To bad there are so many $#%^$% that play Bear Branch, or it would have sealed the deal.
