There is a restaurant about 5 miles away on 105 West called "Kuntry Katfish, and its some good eating. I took my wife there one evening after a round, and she loved the food, and wants to go back soon.

Big portions, great service, and the price is not too bad either. I took my wife, myself, and her son, and we got out of there full for about $35 , including the tip.

And the best fried pickle slices. And I don't even like pickles!

Actually, just about everything at Vernon's is amazing.
