I assume this is still going on? I was playing softball down the street @ PJ's and the parking lot at SV has looked a little thin the past few weeks as I've driven by. Taking a hiatus from softball, so my Tuesday nights are cleared for the time being. Let me know.

The 2010 Spring Valley Tuesday Minis will start on April 6th.
(We're waiting for a little more daylight to get things underway so we aren't finishing in the dark. )

Current Ace Pot is carrying over from last year and stands at $186!!

This year will continue with a flex entry format (3 player minimum per card) starting at 5pm.

Course configurations will change weekly and we’ll poll the players for suggestions and may incorporate a doubles format. Participants will also have their scores tracked and posted weekly so we can conduct some type of handicap minis later in the season.

4 Divisions offered:
Gold (Pro)/Blue (Advanced)/White (Intermediate)/Red (Recreational/Novice)

Entry fee is $7 ($5 to payout/$2 green fee)with optional $1 ace pot and $1 mulligan.
Gold payout in cash and all others payout in SV Pro Shop coupons.

All players must sign up at the Pro Shop before the round.

Spring Valley Tuesday Mini for Tonight (6/8/10) has been Canceled.

The Pro Shop and Golf Course are closed for the day due to the heavy rain experienced earlier today.

Hey Andi I've been out of the loop lately due to family schedules but in the future when SV gets rained out there is an 18 hole course near your house that is pretty dry on most every hole. You could donate whatever you'd normally pay at SV in the donation box at hole 2 (as a nice jesture) and hold the Tuesday evening mini there. Just a thought...

Thanks for suggesting that Scott! We would definitely be open to that. Sometimes the Commando has had to change venues when the creek rises. Guess we could do the same thing. Next time SV Mini closes due to rain out or flooding, with enough prelim time, we will change the venue.
