Hey Guys,
Also just moved here to Houston from chicago, played my first course today(Wortham Park, 5 mins from the house). Grass still needs mowing although they probably mowed it last week. trying to hook up with some players. I heard Moffit and spring Valley are good courses, well I keep surfing the Forum, see you guys out there, ryan

Taking it you live on the NW side. Give Windwood a try on your way to Spring Valley and there is a 9 hole course called Terramont that is worth a stop after SpringValley (just a few miles away) and if you can sneak into Oak Meadows (private) it's worth a round as well

I had a dream that Oak Meadows was open to the public. I am not sure it is worth sneaking on. The warden is out there in force and she has nothing better to do. I heard she stopped someone as they were leaving and they were there with a resident.

Thanks for the insight, hopefully i find some people to play a round with, willl definately check out some tourneys and hit Moffit park on the weekend.
