Doug..and anyone interested in helping... I'll be out there every evening around 4:30pm this week except Thursday finishing the fine tuning on hole 13. there are plenty of stumps to chop out and brush to clear and drag off if anyone wants to help. Look for me on 13.

BTW Doug, those fairways look absolutely incredible...great job mowing!!!!!

I hope to get the mowing finished by noon tomorrow and then that gives me the afternoon for clearing. :-) I am going to prioritize stumps and pulling already cut stuff out of the way.

I mowed hole 18 today and got to some places that I have never mowed before. The pond seems to be really pulling water away from hole 18. I just love it when a plan comes together. :-)

I have finished cutting/clearing/pruning/tweaking hole # 13. There is a lot of tree/vine debris in the middle of the fairway. If you are getting a round in out at Windwood, please take 5 minutes when you get to hole 13 and drag some debris down to the end of the fairway towards the basket. The quicker we get the fairway cleared the sooner we can get that hole mowed and manicured.

The right side of the fairway has been opened up considerably for your first shot. The opening to cut in towards the basket has also been stretched open by about 40 feet now as well.

Once the fairway has been dragged clear and mowed, all the complaints of this hole should go away. It's still a tough hole, but now it will be much easier to land safely and have a legit run at the basket.

It sure would be helpful if the people that complained about #13 would come out for a little while to help clear it.
