Default changes?

what has changed yalls games the most from a purely physical standpoint?
for each,a drive,long upshot/upshot,and longputt/putt?
for lets say a drive have you been hitting the weights and increasing muscle mass and seen the best results from that?
is it the way you hold a towel in your pocket?
is it a body position you think of and maintain during?
what assures that you have that perfect rip and that "doink"straight in put?
what has increased your overall distance?

I made an almost overnight gain in distance drives by learning the technique it takes to throw with the most ridiculously understable discs I could find. When I went back to my normal stablish plastic I was 50-75 feet farther down the fairway. I'll let you know when I learn how to putt.

I think body position is key on drives, but my major change has been my attitude and making sure I enjoy each and every challenge I present myself.

Chaddy Chad throws this all out the window and I have to work real hard to be nice.

My biggest recent improvement has come from switching up my grip. I started playing regularly with a guy who uses a two finger grip and I thougt I'd give it a try. After a few throws I noticed improved distance and accuracy.

Other bits of advice that have helped include "stabbing the guy behind you" before you release to really extend your arm and imagining your disc is on a train track as you pull it across your body.

Andi Young gave me the best advice on my midrange game I've received in a long time. Andi told me to plant my feet when I am throwing an up shot instead of doing a short run up. I'm much more accurate now.

Tiger Woods helped me with my putting. He said I need to learn how to juggle 17 women at once. Now I can sink my putter in any basket.
