We were intending to put the baskets back out this weekend... but based on what Neal saw today the park is proceeding with its construction plans. With the changes several of the holes are completely gone now. So it looks like the LINKS as we knew it is officially dead.

We'll have to wait and see what the park changes are with regard to getting any baskets installed in the future.
