Also....maybe it would shame Bart Taylor into moving up! Bart, I love you man...but I gotta give you a hard time!

BTW there is only ONE OPEN division.........MPG is only OPEN to players over
50 while OPEN is open to anyone regardless of age or gender.

Nit picking little sheeat, Billy won a mini and is ready to move up, let him go and more power to him. It will improve your game Billy, and you get to play with some really cool peeps. Oldies are the goodies for having the most fun. Remember the shade rule though Br549.007, it is very important and you will get a warning from your card for not abiding. No strokes though, good luck.

You and Chuck must be smoking the same bananas Lou. I didn't follow that at all.

I know of said rule, and have a while to be able to use it though.

Just so you guys know....I didn't make a decision about moving to MPG based solely on the fact that I beat Larry & Ed at the mini....I've been talking about this since last year (mostly, as I half-jokingly said before, to maybe get Bart to move up). Also, like I also said, who needs more plastic? But thanks for the encouragement, Lou...and I know that I would learn a thing or two from competing with the more skilled players. Who knows...I might even kick in the extra $15 this Saturday at Klein so Larry will have someone else in his division (I'll bet Mr. Ed would move up too!). I heard Bart will be coming....what about it, Bart? And hey, Matt....I know the division titles...and you know I know them....so, like your dad said, you don't need to nitpick on me!

What he said! There is no "Open" Masters or "Open" Grandmasters...it is a common mistake so I thought I would mention it. Pro Grandmasters is the correct title.

Playing your rating at a major is cool, at a non sanctioned mini or C-tier is not helping yourself improve.

Imagine if he had played Juniors like he could have.
if Wiggins would have played 19 and under Junior boys he would have had more competition from Wysocki and the rest of the boys on the lead card.

we essentially played the same courses (all but 1) and Wysocki was only 13 strokes off of Wiggins whereas 2nd place in MA1 was 29
