This is true! Richard would have taken 2nd in Adv.

I'm reluctant to refer to myself as a "pro" for obvious reasons, but I get your (thread) drift... But when it comes down to it, I DO know what the correct terminology for each division is (hope so after 40-something tourneys!)...I was just talking out loud (on the board) and I know you know what meant...you know? Next please!

I never know what to expect from you guys...supposedly one of you thought a throw across the creek at Windwood was still in bounds......and it wasn't you.. I saw you and Andi putting on a rock climbing expo. lol

Also why not use Pro-Adv-Am at the minis and make it all $10? It looks like some overlap between the divisions/scores and if the entry was $10 for all divisions maybe the 930+ ADV guys would all play open especially when they are the best players there.

I knew about the OB creek at Windwood, so that must've been somebody else. As far as the fees at the minis, since they aren't sanctioned & don't affect ratings...what incentive would it give people to play up if there wasn't a little bit more money involved? If everybody thinks $20 is steep for a mini (and that's an amount we came up with because we were under the impression that the pros would like it that way), then maybe we could make it $15 instead...a little cheaper than it is now, but still slightly more money for those who want to play up. Or are you saying that if we made it the same amount as the INT/ADV people more of them would play up...and then maybe you & any other pros might actually start coming out to play them?

From what I have seen the $20 thing is scaring people off and $10 would get more people to play up.......if you have 10 in "open" more will cash since it is 50% payout anyway. The $20 would make "Pros" happy but since none ever show it really doesn't matter and it would be nice to have a division from time to time.

Also, I said it wasn't you at Windwood.

It was me at Windwood. I thought the OB creek was the IB creek. Oh no, I'm getting swept up in thread drift currents.
