Club Business Online?

It has been suggested to me that the club has the technology to conduct more of its business on-line through the vBulletin message board software. Some additional uses for the message board:

(1) as a place to store some of the club documents; (2) a way to conduct the routine club business in between the regular monthly meetings to reduce time spent in discussions at the monthly meetings and to get substantial new different business done at the monthly meetings; (3) to pay club membership dues; and (4) to increase participation of members who are unavailable or remotely located.
