PS3 Disc Golf during Vikings Saints game

Did you see the PS3 commercial during the Vikings Saints game last night? First game they showed on the commercial was a mom and daughter playing PS3 Disc Golf...Sinking the putt.....Awesome!!!!!

Yes, I did! TOTALLY forgot what my wife was telling me cuz I was focused on the TV. Imagine that!

the graphics looked pretty sweet too.... basket looked a little skinny but hey it made the commercial...I had to rewind the game to the commercial so I could show it to my wife and therefore have an excuse to ignore what she was saying to me as well...

New Orleans Saints and Disc Golf...I must be in heaven! GEAUX SAINTS!! I missed the commercial but didn't miss the Saints beating the Vikings...again! Anyway, GREAT exposure for DG!! I'm sure we'll see it again...

I saw the commercial again on SPIKE TV. It's the new MOVE controller for the PS3. Here's a little info from the web.

Disc golf on the Wii is fun, but disc golf on PS3 using Move is a fuller experience. It's stunningly realistic, with challenging built-in opponents and detailed terrain. One minute I was scrambling for par through a cave entrance guarded by trees and waterfalls; the next moment, I was skipping my choice of discs over the top of an icy lake, hoping to win the match and unlock some new hidden opponents.

sports resort has it too, it comes with the wii.

I've got 4 different disc golf games on the Wii. Tiger Woods 10 is by far the most entertaining because you get to play disc golf on famous golf courses like Pebble Beach and your drives travel 250-300 yards and not feet.

Wii Sports Beach Resort has a decent disc golf game except for the baskets wich extend vertically into the sky. Big Beach Sports has a nice disc golf game that is easy to pick up and has a decent course. Big Beach Sports 2 also has disc golf, but I've never played that version.

Finally Vacation Sports has a disc golf game that is similar to the Big Beach Sports version.

Note, you do not need the Wii Disc Golf Controller case for any of these games.
