Heh-heh-heh...

You'll have a blast Billy. Very similar to State Doubles atmosphere without all of the restrictions of a sanctioned event.

Billy, you will have a great time. I decided to head to the HOTT Tour final to staff, as staff will be needed.

So who else is coming to PYMWYMI ?

I spoke with Randon, and he didn't hire a band this year, he hired some fire dancers instead. I think we had them out there once a few years ago and they were highly entertaining.

We'll definitely have at least a couple of kegs of beer out there too.

Anyway, I hope that we'll see a good showing of locals out there for this fun weekend tourney.

I just heard from Randon that Washington county has issued a fire ban due to the lack of rain out that way.

He's asked me to pass the word around to all campers planning on attending PYMWYMI that all fires will have to be in containers and must not be left unattended. He won't be able to light up the bonfire this year! Rats!

He said that the fire dancer performance is still "on", but we might have to get a couple of folks to follow them around with fire extinguishers! Ha-ha!!

I guess it's possible that we might get rain before then and it might change the situation, but as it stands right now, there are no ground fires allowed.

I'm ready...more than ready really...

I'm taking Friday off from work to head up there early. It would be nice to get there with enough time to play some doubles and get settled in with a nice malted, adult beverage or three.

I'm ready for my first PYMWYMI!!!! I haven't decided yet about going up Friday night....I can't get off work so I would miss the doubles (dang it!). I'm already going to spend Saturday night in my car & I'm not sure I want to do it on Friday night also...although that might still be better than getting up at 4 AM Saturday morning to drive up! Either way...I'm registered, I'm ready & I'm psyched!!!
