Mini Medal Birdshot Northside Double Dose/Dec. 11, 2010

With all of the stuff that's been going on lately I completely forgot to post anything about our last minis of the year! These obviously weren't part of the series & we've been just slightly busy with Brooks & Spring Valley & meetings to hash out next year's schedule, so I had a brain fart & forgot to post this up....sorry about that! First, we're going to Storm The Hill at Terramont Saturday morning for the third time....show up at usual time (between 8:00 & 9:00) & we'll get started shortly after 9:00. We'll probably be done by noon...go have some lunch somewhere & then meet over at Stonebridge Church for another mini in the afternoon...probably somewhere between 1:00 & 2:00! Those of you playing Windwood in the morning should come & join us in the afternoon if you can! Birdshot tried to cram too many of these in this past year in Chuck's attempt to hit all of the courses...I believe he succeeded, but we'll probably tone it down a bit this coming year. Now that there are other groups/clubs offering more & more disc golf oppurtunities around town, we don't have to be so overzealous! Hope to see all you Nawth Side guys & gals out there!

Extra baskets would be good for Stonebridge to make a full 18. Ill try to bring at least one

I thought there were nine holes with alternates? Do you have places scoped out already for more holes? I can bring my Traveller, but I don't see us getting nine more out there at such short notice....let's see if people respond here!

Needs 9 baskets
Stonebridge is an 18 hole course with 18 fairways and 18 tees, no alternates
Right now, the problem is there are only 9 baskets due to lack of funding
If you try to play it as is, youll have a long walk after hole 9 as it is on the opposite end of the 50 acre property. So yes, at least a few baskets would be nice to tie it back to the beginning and 9 would be even better

If I can commit I can bring a basket. Let me check with the wife unit and I'll let you know.

I have a nice double chain basket and I'm in The Woodlands, but I will be going to Piney Woods this weekend (leaving Friday in the AM). If someone could volunteer to swing by my house before the tournament to pick it up and then drop fit off after, then feel free to use it. I live less than 10 mins from Stonebridge, right off on Lake Woodlands.

PM me and I'll give you my number and directions if interested

I must have been getting confused with Northside Christian Church...could it even be that I haven't played at Stonebridge? Okay....that's possibly four baskets....anyone else?

Billy, I can give you or Chuck my DB-5 for the weekend but I'm not going to be able to make it myself.

Yep I bet you are thinking of Northside. This course is just down the road from Terramont.

I can get one basket and Richard has 2....
