Just a little community service announcement.
A couple months ago I had torn a rotator cuff, in my non-throwing arm, which was extremely painful at times. This injury, coupled with my desire to throw discs aggravated recovery because of the whipping action of my non-throwing arm. Having said that, I spoke with a friend that steered me towards these exercises to maintain and help restore movement in an injured shoulder. I'm sure many of you have seen these before but for those that haven't I can only hope you won't suffer the pain of a torn muscle. Yes, I'm bumping 50 years of age but even you young guys can wreck your muscles too if you’re not careful. Anyway, for what it’s worth here are some links showing the “Throwers 10” that are recommended by sports medicine.
