HFDS Adopts Mozola DGC under BBP/HPARD Adopt-A-Spot

HFDS has adopted Mozola DGC (Tapley's Tributary) under the Buffalo Bayou Partnership & Houston Parks and Recreation's Adopt-A-Spot Program. We will have a sign with HFDS on it displayed in the park.

I have arranged the first clean-up day as Saturday May 28th, 9am - 11:30am

We will have 4 workdays a year (2 sping/summer, 2 fall/winter)

This will be similar to the Adpot-a-park work day held at TC Jester a few months ago.

Just a reminder this workday is coming up soon. Some of the tasks to be done are:

• Delitter the park
• Removal of debris from Tapley Tributary (near holes 3 and 6)
• General teebox maintenance

We will need to bring our own drinks/snacks, work gloves and probably some shovels.

We had 5 volunteers, thanks to all who made it. Next workday TBD
