Club Meeting 1st Tuesday of Each Month

If I lived on that side of town I would do a weekly mini like I was talking about Jake doing at Brooks...unfortunately I'm 50-something miles away!

Some ideas are already in the works. We'll be doing a variety of things to get this old woman (Agnes) concrete shoes.

We need to start a new thread, and any reasonable suggestions will be considered. We're aready working on some artwork for a can cooler to sell, with profit going to our park.

Is the monthly club meeting still on for tonight?

If we don't have a membership director yet, then I think one of the guys from the Jester league might be interested in tackling the job.

I know that I'm slammed right now with preparations for US Masters this weekend, but I'll attend if it is going down tonight.

The meeting is still on as far as I know. Marshall cannot attend the meeting as previously scheduled, but I spoke with him and we may set up a seperate Moffitt meeting.

Not sure about membership director.

Some items we will talk about will include:
(1) Fund-raising for Concrete for Moffitt; and
(2) Sponsorship Requests including U.S. Masters and others.

Club meeting tonight @ 7 pm at the back room at Jax Grill on Shepherd. We are expecting to get the final numbers from TxStates and to discuss fundraising for concrete for Moffitt and other fundraising efforts such as "Buzz v. Roc" Ace Race, Moffitt Bag-Tag Challenge Tourney, Shawshank Fund-raising Event, Private Sponsors, and Pledge Drives. We will also be discussing sponsorship requests including Tx High School Champs.

I am going to be able to make the meeting after all. Some of the things that will be discussed are funding Concrete for Moffitt, Baskets for Jester, Updated Sign-Map for Bass, the Moffitt Concrete Bag Tag Challenge and the Buzz v. Roc Ace Run Fundraiser.
