I'll second that Griff. In my short 9 months of playing disc golf, other than the U.S. Masters, this was the best run and most fun tournament I've played so far. Many thanks to Patrick, Tiffany, Doug and all the other volunteers that helped out!

ditto. i had a great time. had awesome folks on my cards, made me feel welcome slowing them down :P

the canopys on some of those holes were great, and having a permanent water station on 14 definatly make me feel good about payin a few extra bucks to play the mini's.

now if i can just figure out how to shoot windwood better, id have had a better time!

play up guys, its way more fun

Thank you Windwood, Birdshot, TD's, and all that volunteers that helped out to make this another great event. I had a good time playing windwood again, like always. Windwood's church goers are awsome for dealing with us DGers, for the good grub, and for that ice cold water that helped out alot of us. See everyone out at McDade next month. Oh, and thanks you to Matt Stevens for donateing the CTP prizes and to Andi and Don Young for the disc to the winners of the long drive challenge.

Thanks all that came out to play. It was a great time. Windwood volunteers had nothing but great things to say about the players and really enjoyed meeting u all. Got to thank Scott Hawkins and Chad Tadesko for waking up extra early to put out the canopies and Sheldon Jefferson, Fred Needham, and Dave Hemline for helping me with all the clean up help. Andy Early is the youth director that coordinated the lunch and Kevin (the senior pastor) got his first birdie ever. Feel free to email thanks or congrats to them. (it always hepls). Andy - aearly@windwoodpc.org Kevin - Kevin@windwoodpc.org.

thanks again and I will see u on the course!

Also want to thank Birdshot for all their hard work. With out them this event never could have happened. Thank Byran Bury for helping pick up all that trash on Friday. It takes a team to run a quality event. WAY TO GO TEAM!

Big Thanks to Windwood for all their incredible hospitality and to Birdshot for running a great event.

I know the island hole (#20) played in true tin cup style this weekend probably took a bite into a few players ratings this weekend, that's the way the hole has always been intended to be played. I heard one player saying "It's your play that wins tourney's....not your rating". That hole is allot harder than it looks and I started feeling like Kevin Costner real quick from the drop zone. As frustrating as it was, I commend Birdshot and PRock for honoring the hole.

82 players!!!! that's huge!!!

The long drive competition was fantastic to watch!! Man some of those guys can flat chunk a disc!!

The weather was fantastic... what a geat day for golf...

It was an awesome tourney on an awesome day on an awesome course...filled with a lot of awesome players! In a word...awesome! Although I can't believe nobody hit an ace...especially on Hole 20, although like Scott said...that hole is not as easy as you think it's going to be! I saw a little bag-kicking going on from the group in front of us in the afternoon....Hole 19 got a lot of players too! Windwood, you guys rock....thanks for lunch, water, snacks, shade & one of the best courses in town! See you guys June 11th at McDade...where $500 still awaits the ace!!!
