At which meeting was this brought up/discussed at Derek?

I would want to review any proposal for a course going in my neighborhood and I just don't recall hearing this come up at any recent meetings. So where is this proposal? What meeting did this happen at?

I walked a good part of one of the 9-hole loops (the one north of the clubhouse and west of Antoine Dr.). Earlier I said it could hold 18 holes, now I believe it could hold 24-27 depending on the what the design goals are. In fact a 27-hole rec course and an 18-hole Tournament course could easily coexist in a single design if planned out correctly.



As I said earlier it would make a much better piece of DG real estate with more trees. OB could also be used to improve the land. Any chance of having the city work in additional retention ponds or planting more trees? (USDGC style rope is just so tacky on a permanent course running through people's back yards). The existing ponds are extremely low, would the city re-fill these? Or do they naturally hold more water and are just low due to the drought?

There were several informal looking "No Trespassing" signs around the clubhouse. Does this mean the parking lot is (and would remain) off limits, or is that something put up by the HOA that the city is not enforcing? Does the city own the clubhouse as well, or just the greenspace?

The Restricted Property (golf course property) may only be used for non-profit recreational purposes, including, without limitation, a golf course or other sports facilities, community center, bicycle trails, pedestrian trails, parks and natural open space, as well as for drainage of adjacent property and storm detention, and for no other purpose.”
