We're one week away, so if you're planning on coming out to the birthday party/tournament then get on the stick! We've got 25 registered so far, so there's plenty of room for all of you....also we still need some more new HFDS members to sign up...remember, if you sign up now you'll get the rest of this year & all of 2012...plus if we get 20 new members to sign up (we've got 7 so far) before our finale then HFDS will double their sponsorship for the tournament from $250 to $500! Get in touch with any Birdshot or DG ProShop persons to become a new member of HFDS!

This helps out the club and Birdshot so much guys. HFDS is really trying to make some big strides in Houston golf, like finishing the deal for concrete tees at Moffitt and the 21 hole gold level expansion at TC Jester. Your dues will carry all the way to December of 2012!!!! You get a 10% discount at both Rick's Darts and Games and the Spring Valley Pro Shop for your membership, but most importantly you are part of the solution for Houston Disc Golf. We have till the morning of the finale to get the signups, but I'd much rather knock it out now and not have to worry about scrambling and pleading that morning. $250 more dollars for the finale? Come on... see you there. We'll have signup sheets.

Alright, ladies & gents.....we have 63 pre-registered as of this afternoon...that leaves 21 spots open! Chris will shut down online registration at around 6 PM this evening, so if you're going that route then you'd better get on the stick! Looks like it might be a birdie festival out there tomorrow, what with all the trees that have come down in the past few weeks....not to mention that $500 ace pot that's waiting to be enjoyed by somebody (or some bodies!)....and don't forget about the cake!!!
