Tracy called and she really wants to go to Eberly! I am on board and thus we will be changing the data to Sunday Oct. 26th at 10am for the Ace Race. Like I said before, we only have 11 spots left (or at least that's what I think we'll have for now) so please email me at petre@petris.com if you want me to reserve you a package. This will be full quickly I'm sure. Send me one e-mail for each person (just so I can keep track and don't accidentally oversell.) Brogdens, I still have you down for 5 total, but let me know if that changes. If someone knows Aquaman and Smokin' Joe, could you please make sure they know about this change. I'm sorry for the fluctuations in this and I promise that next year I'll get in touch with Jim D. early and we'll make sure there is a better Ace Race schedule for the Houston area. Let me know soon, because I'm afraid I'll have to turn some away.

you can probably have as many as want to play, they may not get a package, and might need to borrow someones prototype, but they can play could they not?

Hmm, you bring up an interesting idea... perhaps split the packages for some if they want and allow people with both discs to throw both discs on each hole? Could work... you think?

and someone could sell there disc to someone wanting to play if they must have them. I believe the event is about having as many peeps having as much fun as the law allows..........

Not sure if they're sticklers for details, but the format specifies "one throw per hole per player".

I'm usually pretty flexible, but I don't want to mess it up for the players that pay $25 for a chance to win and then someone else pays only half for a chance and gets the prize. Lets just see how it plays out. I'll check with Discraft about the possibility of ordering more prototypes afterwards... if that's possible we'll find a way to make it work. Then again 20 people may be all that feel like driving to MO City... I've still got 10 left unclaimed so far.

Matt: C.J. and Rick probably would have played, but they have flag football Sunday afternoons for a few more weeks . . . C.J. coaches a third-/fourth-grade division team (complete with his own playbook!), and Rick coaches the seventh-/eighth-grade division team that C.J. plays on. Maybe next time!

I was talking about if someone just wants to play they would still pay full price, and someone lends them a disc to throw, as you only throw one of the two. I believe this has been done at the moffitt ace race before.
