Website says payout will be 85% of division fee, not 100%.

Quote:
Payout:
Pro Open: Cash, Top 40% of division.
Pro Age Protected: Cash, Top 45% of division.
Amateurs: Merchandise, Top 50% of division.
85%+ of division fee paid

All entry fees include a $2 PDGA fee, a $2 facilities fee & a $2 online registration fee. Pro entry fees include a $2 Series fee. Amateur entry fees include a $1 Series fee.
Is the city charging for using the disc golf course?

Edited:

Or is that a Mistake? You list the MPO fee as $50, then with the above fees the total for online payment should be $58, but the price is $56. It's the same for the other divisions, so is that facilities fee not supposed to be there, or is the total price incorrect?

I signed up for this via the BS website. Let me know if I owe another $2 or if I've got a $2 refund coming... ...either way, I'll play.

Chris: I there any chance you might be able to add a go to check-out button from the main screen? I added my entry, continued shopping and added Ace Pot and then continued shopping because I thought there was something else to select there. When I realized it was non-PDGA fee, I found myself stranded there and had to choose another Ace Pot to get back to a screen where I could check-out. Thanks!

Larry

E-mails went out yesterday within the Birdshot/DGProShop group to address this....as soon as Chris can get to it that 85% will be changed...as well as the "parks" fee. Larry....as soon as we get everything corrected we'll let you know about the two bux! After the Jester tourney we'll be moving registration from the Birdshot website to DG ProShop's website & their PayPal account...makes more sense to do that anyway since they handle all of the AM payout in the first place! In the meantime, bear with us on the registration page...and remember that we WILL be paying out 100% of the base fees (i.e., after PDGA fees, series fees, etc.). We will no longer be taking out management fees from the players....it will be coming out of what we get back from DG ProShop instead! Now can we please find something else to argue back & forth about?

Nobody is arguing. I was just pointing out that your website [strike]didn't[/strike] still doesn't match with what you've been saying on the discussion board.

Part of the reason for that is that the website still says 85% payout plus $2 facilities fee (on top of the PDGA and Series fee).

I'm not happy paying $58 with only $42.50 going towards they payout (or $48 with $34 going to payout).

Once that's straightened out, I'll consider.

If I sign up for Pro Masters and nobody else signs up for that division, what are my options?

You can play in whatever division your rating allows you to, Jim....also I thought I made it clear in my recent post that the 85% IS a mistake...unless you think I'm lying about it (which I'm not). I'm glad you caught the mistake & let us know about it...please be assured that it WILL be corrected as soon as Chris has the time to get back in there & fix it.

No, I don't think you're lying. Still curious about the facilities fee though.

I want to play Pro Masters. If I'm the only one who signs up for that division can I get my money back, can I play in a one-person division? What's the ratings cap for Advanced?

It's the Tour Standards document that you want to scope out. http://www.pdga.com/files/documents/...andards_v2.pdf

It looks like you can play Am (in Masters) if your rating is below 935 Jim. We can beat the "masters" drums a bit and see if we can scare up a few Masters for ya.
