How well does this course drain? Does it get we after a hard rain?

It's comparable w/ Moffitt. There are low areas and lots of mud under the trees. If we've had a steady rain the open areas will hold water also.

Played here a few weeks back. I would say there is more shade here vs Moffit currently. Looking good overall, the little trees are finally starting to shape the fairways.
