I understand what you're getting at, and there is no "predetermined rule". It's totally up to the TD how to distribute added cash. If the GMs personally raised the funds, I wouldn't have too much of a problem giving them a higher percentage of the added cash, but yes, all other things being equal, the added cash should go proportionately to the divisions that pay the highest entry.

I've seen tournaments that cater to women (or older people or whatever) so I have no problem if they advertise up front that they are going to give a disproportionate amount to those divisions. Just be fair and open up-front and tell us how the cash will be distributed.

Are the payouts listed on the PDGA site correct?

How was the $200 intended to be distributed amongst the divisions? Equally by player, or proportional to the fees paid in?

Assuming the PDGA site is correct, and the division entry fees are the same (ignoring all fees), there seems to be some discrepancies.
Is anyone from BS-DGPS going to address this?

The intent was to distribute the money per player.

so, open was shorted by $2.89, Masters shorted by $2.78 and GMs overpaid by $2.33

MA1 shorted by $2.38
MG1 shorted by $3.70
MA2 overpaid by $2.12
MA3 overpaid by $9.67
FA3 shorted by $12.70
and MA4 shorted by $32.88.

and only $360 added not $400 like claimed. Or is my math wrong?

Jim, you are correct in there do appear to be some discrepancies in the payout amounts. I will have Chuck (the TBM TD) go back and review his payout calculations. I can see that the added amount of 2.74 pp in the Am division was not added to the Rec Women or Novice divisions. The other division calculations were very close one way or the other (Rec payout was $271 and should have been $261). The numbers are slightly off due to rounding, but there are still some miscalculations.

On another note, at the time of the calculations and payout at the end of a very hot day and a limited amount of time to finalize all of this, mistakes were made. There was absolutely no intention otherwise.

It would be really great if a person like yourself could make yourself available to participate in the tremendous effort it takes to keep this little event production team going. We're not perfect, but with someone like yourself and the time you have to review our efforts, we could be one step closer.

Mistakes happen, it's understandable. I'd be happy to help out when I can, but I don't make many tournaments (understatement). However, I'd be more than happy to help calculate payouts if you'd like. Even if I can't make it to a tournament on a given Saturday, I can probably find some time to crunch numbers if you have email access at the course.

Also (and this is debatable), I agree with scoot_er, it's more fair to distribute the added cash/prizes proportional to the entry fee, instead of just equally per player. If there were 20 Open and 20 Masters, but the open entry fee was double the Masters entry fee, the Open division should get double the added cash, IMO.
