Weather forecast is calling for rain tomorrow, and if it rains a lot during the day, or it is still raining at 5:30, then we probably won't be playing.
If it stops raining before 5:30, then we'll likely be playing a little DDC action! We had a great time last week, the field was in excellent condition and temp was perfect! It started out a little breezy, but seemed to calm down to almost nothing by the time the second match started up. We ended up playing until almost 8:30! So even if you can't get there right at 5:30, you can still come out and get plenty of court time in! Bring your running shoes and a sweat towel and a cold beverage and we'll see you out there! No official word on DDC tonight. Rain might be done for the day and if so, we may be able to play tonight. I still haven't heard from Stimpy or Stephen and I have to leave work now and won't have access to e-mail or Internet until nearly 5:30. The rain wasn't heavy on the West side, so maybe it'll be dry enough to sneak in some action. Hope to see everyone out there if we get to play.

We need some extra players tonight!!!
Stimpy and Conrad can't make it tonight. John - will you be there? We sure could use another player or two so we'll have enough for two teams... If you've been sitting on the fence about coming out and trying DDC, then tonight is the night you'll be sorely needed. (Tomorrow, you'll likely just be sore.) We start setting up the field at 5:30 and are ready to play by 6:00. We are hoping to snag a couple more players for tonight. See ya at Independence Park (off Tanner Road between Gessner and Beltway 8.) Larry

Tonight is the LAST night of DDC for this season. We'll be starting it back up again in the fall after we switch back to standard time again.
I see that the weather forecast is showing the temp to be mid to upper 50's with only a 3 mph wind. This looks like it is going to be some fantastic weather for a little DDC action. Come on out and enjoy the last night of DDC. Larry
