Thanks for conducting the test!

You were right on Steve! Thanks for the missing (but critical) piece of information - that I need to check back in a week or so to see what your inventory has. Yeah...I guess you are right in that I have no idea about how many "personal notes/e-mails" you might have to address in a typical week. I guess the number would probably seem overwhelming to me. I will check back next week and see what your inventory looks like. As I get older, I found that orange or white discs are the easiest ones for me to find...and we have a lot of semi-tropical vegetation on many of the courses down here so easier to find the better for me. (I seem to find myself in the vegetation more than I'd like!)

Our new motto for ya: "Prime is just fine!"

I did finally get everything from my order and my sister-in-law is very excited with her new disc golf bag, set of discs, mini and water bottle. I also placed another order with Prime last week and it arrived without any issues.

I'm now neutral on Prime Discs, which is a step in the right direction. I like their online store interface better than most of their competition and that's a plus, and after watching the Vibram Open DVD this weekend I have a bigger appreciation of what Prime is doing for the sport.

I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

Thanks for the update Chris!

I too like their interface better than most. I like being able to order a specific color in a weight group.

Thanks to Mr. Dodge too. We appreciate your customer-service.

Steve,

A little special request for you. In the Vibram Open DVD (and its predecessors) I noticed that most of the time you tell us exactly what is going to happen before it happens. Let us see it and comment on it like it is happening live. Save the patented, "Birdie!" for once it hits the chains. That would be a nice little improvement IMO.

My wife has made a similar comment and, while she enjoys that I appear to be all knowing in my commentary, agrees on this change. And a happy wife makes a happy home so....

We are actually toying with the idea of making the DVD more of a story. Where we follow five or ten golfers on their quest to win the Vibram Open. More player interviews along the way, more focus on the important (and hopefully dramatic) shots and opportunities. Kind of like the NFL Films videos we watched growing up. But if we can't pull this off, I'll move my audio track back a second or so.
