Never said it was the designers fault. The course for years had ten to twelve players every afternoon, it's where scoot_er and I started. With the Manlove era at city hall every aspect of the city went downhill, before that Matt and I maintained the course. Though with Tom Bass and Macgregor less than 15 minutes away, why continue to play a crap course.

I suspect that the disc golf course could have stayed if it would have been able to generate a few million dollars for a construction company. They're replacing the course with a girls softball complex; three kid-sized diamonds only for softball games. The guy at the parks department told me that they were going to put the missing baskets "around the softball complex," but I don't believe a word of it. He also said that they only removed one basket to put the complex in which again isn't true. The problem is that Burke-Crenshaw was the only Pasadena park big enough for a course. The only option the city has now is to squeeze a course in at the municipal golf course on BW8. |

Coming to H-town for the weekend. Staying in Spring but will play anywhere. Will have Caleb but he might or might not be at the course. Please call me if you want to play anywhere. We are leaving this afternoon and will be there until Sunday afternoon.
