You make a good point Lyle, but I see it as judging the situation based on what the tool (this forum software) is capable of. Then it's a matter of education. E.g. informing users about the "New Posts" link.

Is it in the best interest of the disc golf community for the forum to be organized to benefit an administrator, or the mass of the users? We have a saying at work: "The customer may not always be right, but they're still the customer".

With any poll there's a margin of error, I'll grant you that. But most people are surprised to learn how small of a sample size you really need to get a statistically significant result. But in this specific case we're not talking about splitting hairs... the poll is 95+% in one direction.

Let me be clear that I respect Larry and the work he's done for the sport and the community. Dedicating virtually every Sunday morning and pulling in ~$1K a year for TxSDGC is hardcore. In my own experience he knows and plays by the rules by the rules of the game, and anyone who knows me, knows I appreciate that.
