From the point of building the site - the excel HTML pages are very wide and won't fit into the standard page size the template is designed for. Can look into secondary templates but PDF would be a cleaner solution.
There are converters available to create PDFs from Office without purchasing the full version of Acrobat. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...703961033.aspx |

For those on the Mac, OO also runs there so if you go to that Office Suite, you can go between all three systems very easily. |

If you have the new version of Office (the opne that defaults to docx, xlsx, etc) then there is also the option to save as a pdf. If not you could install a pdf printer. It's very handy. It will let you save anything to a pdf file that can be printed. You do have to install it, but it's free.

If you give them enough time, they almost always catch up... most of the time. Just a reminder though, the last time I checked, the docx format got rejected by the international standards committee. odf, the format that OO uses has been approved. Just doing my part to end the reign of the evil empire.
